Product Information: While subbing in public schools, I took several substitute jobs for middle school teachers. I found that my normal “sub reports” meant to give to elementary classroom teachers were not quite right. So I made this one to leave for the middle school teacher that I was subbing for. It’s a little more simple, with big boxes to write comments and notes for each period. I hope you find this helpful!
