I like this shop for I always can find some amazing bargains. All my make up, parfum, shampoos, face and body creams, soaps, so on only from them! I am buying every time more items than in the other shops, all are good quality.

Sam D was being very homophobic towards me and my friend when trying to purchase dresses whilst Ashley, Shaila,and Jamile were very helpful and helped us with our purchases i am very angry with Sam's service and she was also being extremely racist as two black lgbtq members walked in. This happen at the Tj maks in Waukesha Wisconsin inside of the shopping center place near sunset right next to hobby lobby.

Bought a sweater hand washed it dried it and it shrunk and is falling apart. My receipt clearly shows i just bought it and they won't return because it has been worn. I Therefore will not be buying clothes here again. The customer service lady was also rude saying she buys clothes there all the time and never has a problem and proceeds to tell me I'm rude. Horrible service.

They have lost a loyal customer who spent lots of money with them and they can care less. I returned an item via mail and their refund policy which is ridiculous in itself 10 to 14 business days to process did not even process. On the 15 day I called them and they refunded it back to my card but stated it would take another 5 to 10 days. Then the kicker they deducted 11.99 from my total for return shipping when smh it was free shipping to begin with. If they treat all their customers like this then I hope they go out of business!

I like this shop for I always can find some amazing bargains.

Delivered an inferior item in place of what I ordered & believed I was receiving from the website. Although my order reflected correct item# with picture, tjmaxx sent entirely different color, style and quality suitcase. Disappointed by "bait & switch".

Tip for consumers:
The order verified 4 exact item remaining available after my purchase was confirmed. Therefore, there is not a plausible excuse for substituting an inferior, unordered, unapproved item.

Mostly cheap garbage clearly meant for this lower tier distribution channel. People who work here are awful to customers. If you've ever been to an upper end retail store you know what I mean. Surly, unresponsive, can barely speak (English or any language), incompetent, etc. If you're the type of shopper who loves finding a "deal" this is your place.

T J Maxx gives me everything I want and need: Quality name brand items at affordable prices. Great store where I can find stylish shoes, clothing, jewelry, products for the home and much, much more. Love it. So does my all members of my family.

Yes every now and then you might find something similar to what is in another store for maybe 30% off, and then hopefully it is your style, size, and you actually will use it. Very liberal store but pays their employees $9 an hour still. Why? I thought they loved raising wages and giving people more pay? They asked if I wanted full time and I said no it's not worth it with how much I get paid. I'd rather work part time instead of slaving my week away for pennies. Tj Maxx do better & raise your wages! Liberal until it's your own money!

The Cape May store was amazing itself but there was 3 cashiers and no managers in sight. It was very crowded and the same cashier # 8, Tracy was checking out customers continuously until one lady had a problem with her return which held the line up for about 30 minutes. Returns should have a separate area or registers. Tracy should be rewarded to excellent customer service and effectiveness.

I've contacted them about 3 separate times. They're always rude, always blame the consumer, and are NEVER helpful. Literally, not one time have I been helped. Just buy stuff in stores because it is so not worth it.

I love TJ Maxx but I can't use my gift card for $10.00 because shipping and handling is way too high. There prices used to be so much better. It used to be more like a really cool garage sale. Now they're just like everyone else. Over priced!

Tip for consumers:
They offer free shipping for signing up with your email but I never received anything. I'm disappointed!

As much as I used to love going to TJMaxx I don't even want to think about the store after it messed up all my online orders. Even with its other brand Sierra. At first I was excited to shop from TJMaxx.com. Both stores show great selections online and good discounts also. Don't be fooled. Your order either gets cancelled the next day or mysteriously ships after 5-7 days after you bought it somewhere else because you were told the order was cancelled. What's the point of ordering anything with them if it's all going to be cancelled or super late? Buyer beware, you're money is going to get tied up on orders that never come in.

Don't place orders online, it's a waste of time.

I order a gift for my father's birthday and it took 7 days to receive the package but found out in wrong color. Careless stuff put wrong item in packaging! When I call customer service, they said there is no replace option, and I need to return it by myself. They even did not show any responsibility for their fault. How disappointing!

Don't bother shopping there except for shoes. For just a few bucks more, shop Lord and Taylor. Great sales, good quality, nice sales people, clean stores. In the long run it costs less at L&T because you'll buy quality. Love L&T.

I like this company and their stores. It is a great place to buy brand clothing and home decor items. It is much better if you know an employee there that can tell you when the next batch will come :)

1) It takes at least a full 2 weeks to receive your online order. And theres a very tight return timeframe already.
(It's also hard to plan payments on debit cards for 2 weeks later, when they finally deduct your money.)
2) The customer service reps are usually poorly informed, and rarely show any understanding or care.
3) There are glitches in the system: on multiple occasions, I got erroneous emails every 2 hours for days on end, until customer service responded to correct it. (And often, it takes repeated contacts for them to understand and fix it. Then, they don't offer any apologies.)

Most recently I got a "chain" that looks more like it's made of silver nuggets of successive sizes. Anyway, compliments every time I wear these pieces. They are weighty. Most expensive item was $69 (pendant). It is about 5" wide. Some of these are silver-over-wax items. So far I have experienced NO tarnishing. I can't guarantee that every store has this jewelry, but it's worth checking on.

I have gone to TJ Maxx both in Michigan and California and have reviewed their website as well. Not my first choice for shopping but website is user friendly and you sometimes can find good deals. The store in Rochester Michigan is dark and smells like an old perfume factory. I always had to leave before it got to me. Stores are better here but I rather just check them out online so I don't waste my time.

I find it absolutely ridiculous for a company to take anything over 5 business days to ship an online order. Unless you're making the item from scratch. I placed my order 10 business days ago and nothing. No cancellation. Just a sitting order. If macys can ship my order in 5 hours you sure as heck can get your processing together and ship faster. If you can't get your stuff together then stop trying to get into e-commerce. Never purchasing online again. I recommend you don't either cause who knows if and when I'll ever get my order. Maybe T.J.maxx.com is operating as a drop shipper. Whatever the case, annoying.
